"The amount of resources [water, food, energy or electricity] one person in a developed country like the UA, Great Britian, and Japan uses is enough to support 32 Kenyans"

Description
As of 2016, the Liberal Government has planned to designate areas into greenfield, built-up and historical urban expansion. The main difference between the old Conservative Government is that the Liberals want to increase density in highly populated areas to decrease urban sprawl. Many new condominiums are being created inside the City of Toronto, making services less efficient.
"The Liberal government's new growth plans place the onus squarely on municipalities to create higher population densities while curtailing urban sprawl." - Toronto Star
Greenfield Area: Land set aside as a "boundary" for urban sprawl to limit it.
Built-up Area: Area with condominiums and high density. This is where much of the population will live which limits urban sprawl.
Urban growth Centre: An area that is developing into large densities of condominiums to limit urban sprawl.
Historical Urban Expansion: This is the planned urban sprawl.
